2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. Registration by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. king368 implements identity verification ("KYC") procedures to confirm age, identity, and address. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds in the account balance will be subject to review in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold a single account on the Platform. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. king368 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balance associated with such accounts pending investigation.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain and update such information as required. You are responsible for the accuracy of all registration data submitted to king368. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of bets, and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify king368 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. king368 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The Platform is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. king368 does not accept registrations from or provide service to residents of jurisdictions where such activity is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
3.1 Currency. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a transaction originates from a source denominated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of processing, which may result in amounts slightly different from those displayed at the point of initiation.
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods. king368 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking through participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others), and USDT TRC20. king368 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time and without prior notice.
3.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC identity verification to the satisfaction of king368 compliance procedures. king368 may require additional documentation prior to processing withdrawals, including but not limited to source of funds documentation. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
3.5 Processing Times. king368 will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ section of the Platform. Actual processing times may be affected by factors outside king368's direct control, including payment provider processing delays, compliance reviews, and public holidays.
3.6 Fraudulent Transactions. Any attempt to deposit funds using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities. Any balance derived from fraudulent transactions will be cancelled and the account suspended.
4.1 General. king368 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive schemes to registered Members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer at the time it is made available.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until wagering requirements have been met, bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
4.3 Abuse of Promotions. king368 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a promotion has been abused. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to satisfy wagering requirements without assuming genuine betting risk; or coordinating with other users to exploit a promotion.
4.4 Modifications. king368 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including the right to amend bonus terms already accepted by a Member where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to applicable regulatory requirements.
5.1 Binding Outcomes. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details, including selection, stake, and odds, before confirming. king368 does not accept responsibility for errors made by you when placing bets.
5.2 Obvious Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or with terms that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, king368 reserves the right to cancel or void the affected bet and to refund the stake. king368 will notify affected Members of any such action.
5.3 Sportsbook Rules. Specific rules governing sportsbook betting — including market settlement procedures, void conditions, half-time/full-time market definitions, Asian handicap rules, and live betting acceptance criteria — are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. These rules form part of these Terms and are binding on all Members.
5.4 Casino and Game Rules. Each casino game, live table, slot, and instant game is governed by its own published game rules. RTP percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. Game outcomes for RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generation systems. Live casino tables are operated by licensed studio providers.
5.5 Prohibited Conduct. Nothing in these Terms limits king368's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which king368 operates its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall in the first instance be referred to king368's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation procedures, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
king368 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with your account; you have failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account after deduction of any amounts lawfully withheld in accordance with these Terms will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination.
